Giclée Print of an Otter

Out of stock

Giclée Watercolour Otter Print, Detailed Fine Art
We live near the River Torridge, home of  the fictional character ‘Tarka the Otter’.  Indeed we have been thrilled to see an occasional otter on this river.  However, I took the photo at a local Otter Sanctuary, where I was able to get much closer and I was guaranteed seeing one!!

Otters are elusive water mammals.  In past years their numbers have been in decline.  However, cleaner rivers have seen a gradual increase in numbers.  You are now more likely to spot one if you are patient and of course in the right place!

The print

I personally oversee the printing process.  Consequently I can ensure that all the colours are a perfect match to the original.  Furthermore the inks are of an exceptionally high quality and are lightfast (archival), providing you with many years of rich, true colour.  The paper is 100% cotton watercolour stock.

This Giclée watercolour otter print is A4 in size (210mm x 297mm, 8.27″ x 11.69″). This should display well in any standard sized frame with a mount.  Frames and mounts are for illustration purposes only and are not included.

The print will arrive ready for you to mount and frame as you wish.  I always use the Royal Mail for shipping my prints and will of course ensure that it is carefully packed for the journey!

How about learning to paint yourself?

As you’ve read this far, would you be interested in a new hobby?  My online school is where I feel I have found my niche.  I absolutely love teaching others my style of painting through my video tutorials.  Firstly, I find it extremely rewarding to be able to see the progress my students make.  Secondly I enjoy being able to interact directly with fellow wildlife artists.  Thirdly and most importantly I am able to share my love of the watercolour medium.  Do take a look on Patreon and YouTube to see what it is all about, you may see this painting being created.  You might also decide you would like a new hobby!
