A scene from Watership Down maybe…

Description

Original Rabbit Watercolour Sunset.  Could be a Scene from Watership Down.
This painting evokes wistful memories of a well known children’s book.  A lovely countryside scene with the dramatic setting sun behind.  I actually love working on silhouettes as creating the backgrounds can be a bit like a lottery.  Indeed, you never really know how they will turn out.  However, that said, I was really pleased with this one.
