Long ago when I used to sell my work and prints at local village hall events I can recall someone asking me if I had ever painted a Jay, well if that person is reading this, I have now! Jays are a brightly coloured member of the Corvid family, which also includes Crows, Magpies, Jackdaws, Rooks, Ravens, Choughs and Hooded Crows. They are intelligent birds, and many studies have been done on them. Indeed, by size, their brain to body ratio, is only just a bit less than ours!

Packaging & Materials
I have used the finest brushes to produce the tiny details which bring this painting to life.
The painting will be carefully wrapped in cellophane and protected with additional packing. I aim for my originals to arrive with you in the same condition that they left me. I use the Royal Mail’s ‘Signed for Next Day’ or ‘International Tracked’ service.

A bit about me:
I am a full time professional artist based in North Devon in the United Kingdom. Specialising in wildlife – animals, birds, insects and botanical studies, I love to capture the life within my paintings. I very much enjoy the process of working with the watercolour medium to create fine detail.
