Painted Bunting PDF

Description

Watercolour Painting Tutorial, Downloadable Painted Bunting PDF, Illustration Fine Art Course

The male Painted Bunting is literally all the colours of a rainbow, he almost looks unreal. They are however a fairly common songbird from parts of southern America. The French name for the bird is ‘nonpareil’ – this literally means ‘without equal’, and it’s clear to see why this name was adopted. It was a stunning, if somewhat challenging bird to paint!

The sheer volume of colour mixes makes this a complex project. However, there is nothing to stop someone with less experience having a go at small aspects of the project or gradually working through the whole project over a period of days.

This is an instant PDF download, you could start work on this Painted Bunting in a matter of minutes. You don’t even need to wait for the post to arrive! You will receive a 51-page PDF document. Set out in the same way as the tutorials I write for magazines. However, you get lots more large photos of the different stages.

Downloadable lessons enable you to work at your own speed, you can dip in and out of the content, you can spend time studying the fine details and practise the various techniques as often as you like.

Have fun with this lesson, take your time and let me know how you get on. Try printing off the last few pages which have the larger versions of the step-by-step photos for additional help.
